1979

- Jan Votava – Tenor Trombone and Jiří Lisý – French horn based the Brass Quintet of Prague Conservatory Students.

- Other members of the quintet : Jan Hasenöhrl ( Trumpet ), Josef  Mikula ( Trumpet ), Stanislav Brada ( Bass Trombone )

- the ensemble receives first prize from „Dušek’s Bertramka“ national competition

1980

- the ensemble has been performing under its present name PRAGUE BRASS ENSEMBLE on the World Festival „Jugend Festspieltreffen“ in Bayreuth, Germany

- new members of the ensemble are: František Bílek – Trumpet ( replaces Josef Mikula ) and Jiří Sušický – Bass Trombone ( replaces Stanislav Brada )

1981

- for great success re-invited to perform at the world festival in Bayreuth, Germany

1982

- third prize and „The best foreign participant prize“ at the international brass ensemble competition in Hungary

1987

- Arnold Kinkal – Trumpet joins the ensemble (replaces Jan Hasenöhrl)

1990

- second prize at the world brass ensemble competition „Preis der Europa – Stadt Passau“ in Germany

1991

- first CD with organist Aleš Bárta

1993

- Karel Kučera – Bass Trombone joins the ensemble (replaces Jiří Sušický )

1994

- second CD with orchestra Virtuosi di Praga

1995

- concerts at the World Festival „Festival Internationale di Ottoni“ in Italy

1996

- third CD, “Christmas” with Evangelische Kantorei Roth and Kammerchor Roth

1997

- concerts at the first World Festival of brass instruments in Magdeburg

1998

- fourth CD,”Christmas” with Evangelische Kantorei Roth and Kammerchor Roth

- New Year’s Eve and New Year’s concert at the Salzburg‘s Mozarteum

2000

- first profile CD celebrating the 20th anniversary of the ensemble

- gala concert celebrating the 20th anniversary of the ensemble

- concerts on the World Festival „Summer Band Festival“ on the island of Jeju in South Korea

2002

- concerts on the World Festival and competition of brass instruments on the island of Jeju in South Korea

2004

- concerts and membership in the international competition jury on the World Festival „Summer Band Festival“ on the island of Jeju in South Korea

2005

- representation of the Czech Republic at the Worl EXPO 2005 in Aichi, Japan

2006

- sixth CD with the boys choir „Halla Boys‘ Choir“ from the Korean island of Jeju

- concert tour in South Korea. Solo concerts and concerts with Jinju Youth Chamber Orchestra and Halla Boys‘ Choir

2008

- concerts and membership in the international competition jury on the World Festival „Summer Band Festival“ on the island of Jeju in South Korea

2010

- second profile CD celebrating the 20th anniversary of the ensemble

- gala concert celebrating the 30th anniversary of the ensemble in the Dvořák Hall of the Prague Rudolfinum

- concert at the international music festival Prague Proms

- concert tour in South Korea ( Suwon, Jinju, Jeju,….) with Armin Rosin ( Alphorn )

- launch of a new CD to the ensemble‘s 30th anniversary

2011

- concert tour in South Korea ( Seoul,Jeonju, Daejeon….) with Armin Rosin ( Alphorn )

2012

- CZECH BRASS FESTIVAL – Concert in the courtyard of the castle in Brandýs nad Labem

- concert tour in South Korea ( Daejeon, Busan, Kyungu… )

2013

- Temple matinee with the organist Aleš Bárta at the Intenational opera festival “SMETANA’S LITOMYŠL”

- Concert at the “FESTIVAL MITTE EUROPA” in the German city Struppen
